2 Corinthians 13:9-11

⁹ We are glad when we are weak and you strong. This also we wish for: even that you were perfect. ¹⁰ Therefore I write these things being absent, lest when I am present I must use sharpness, according to the power that the Lord has given me – to build up, and not to break down.

¹¹ Finally, brethren, fare ye well. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.
